Save As...-> Options allows you to control the way your file is saved.
If the file is being saved locally, you may choose among several file formats, including HTML, Text without linebreaks, Text, and PostScript. You may extend the format list by adding SaveAs Filters in the Preference dialogue.
Relative links within a page may be expanded to full URLs, or they may be left as relative links. Images within a page may be saved along with the page itself. You may select to save no images, only relative images, or all images. If you save All images then the image urls will become relative. If you save no images then whether links to relative images are expanded into full urls or remain unchanged is dependant on the "Relative links to Full URL" checkbox.
